Italian Egg Muffins

MAKE IT.

  • Ingredients needed

    6 eggs

    Handful of quality ham

    2 spring onions

    50 grated Parmesan

  • The process

    Grease a cup muffin tin very well

    Break eggs in to a jug and add the ham, cheese & spring onions

    Pour evenly in to a cup cake tin

    Cook on gas mark 5 or 170 for about 30 mi s

    Take out and let cool.

    These can be stored in an air tight continer for up to 3 days in the fridge. Can be eaten hot or cold.

  • ADDITIONAL INFO

    You can use any flavours in the muffins that you like.
